Each item is handmade with care, so we want you to be happy with it.
If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at atlanticblueaustralia@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Because our items are handmade, we don't accept returns for change of mind or custom/made-to-order pieces, unless faulty.
